Wilo Secure Solutions Limited (WSSL) was founded by Mr. Clan Wilson currently Chief Security Officer with Lake Asphalt of Trinidad and Tobago (1978) Limited.

Although the industry has several entities providing varied services, Mr. Wilson still saw room for Wilo Secure Solutions to play their part within the sector in providing a more affordable, personalised, humane and professional security services and solutions.

Wilo Secure Solutions’ sole purpose is to meet and exceed the needs of its customers at affordable prices in a timely manner.

Our Team

Mr. Clan Wilson, Director, is currently an Estate Superintendent/Chief Security Officer with more than thirty (30) years of experience in Security Administration and Management.

He has been trained in Forensic Awareness and Crime Scene Management, Maritime Management Systems QMIINC-0577, and is the holder of a Firearm Users Employee Certification (F U E C) and Precept. 

He has attended the Trinidad and Tobago Police Training Academy, the Cipriani College of Labour and Cooperative Studies, and holds an Associate Degree in Security Administration and Management.

Mrs. Carlestha Richins-Wilson, Director, is a dynamic Educator/Manager with more than twenty-five(25) years experience.

She has attended Corinth Teachers’ College and the University of the West Indies and is the holder of a Teacher’s Diploma, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology, a Diploma in professional counseling, and a Master’s degree in Management and Educational Leadership. 

Ms. Charmyn Bovell is a retired W.P.C. Inspector of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service with 39 years service. She had command of the San Fernando Policy Model Station, Marabella Police Station, Mon Repos Police Station and the Debe Police Post.  She was a Senior Investigator at the Criminal Investigation Department. She is the holder of an Associate Degree in Management Studies from the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTATT)).

Ms. Bovell has also undergone training in numerous aspects of security and law enforcement such as; firearms and surveillance tactics, criminal case file management, high impact supervision, leadership, domestic violence intervention, fraud investigation and many others. Ms. Bovell brings a wealth of experience in the area of security, law enforcement and leadership.

Colonel Alexander is the founder & Principal Consultant of A.R.M Specialists Ltd, a Risk Management Consulting and Training company. He has the distinction of being the first person in Trinidad & Tobago to become a Board-Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and has been for the past 28 years.

He has considerable experience in working collaboratively with executive leadership to design risk mitigation solutions and developing risk management policy and procedures for companies while delivering training programmes for security and business personnel in Security Awareness, Industrial Security and Personal Protection.

He is a trained Root Cause Investigator and holds a certificate in Aviation Safety & Security from the University of Southern California. He is the holder of a Diploma in Airport Security Management from the FAA.  He has also been certified as a Lead Auditor by ASIS / RABQSA to audit Risk & Security Management Systems in accordance with ISO 31000. Further, he is certified to conduct Aviation Safety & Security Audits and is a certified IOSA Auditor. He is also experienced in conducting Critical Infrastructure assessments.

Colonel Alexander is a graduate of the ASIS International sponsored, Executive Leadership Programme at Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania and has been recognized as a Distinguished Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management, UK. In addition to providing training assistance to the National Security agencies, Colonel Alexander continues to provide consulting services to companies in the Energy, Banking, and public sectors. He has also been engaged by the Organisation of American States to design and deliver specialized tourism security training to law enforcement and security officers from various countries in the Caribbean.

Ms. Rodessia Richins is the lead consultant at Lemonade Consultancy, Editing and Training Services, a relatively new and upcoming consulting agency. 

LCETS members are all passionate about developing the processes necessary to provide that extra cutting edge for companies and small businesses from varying strata, to ensure their relevance and competitiveness within their sector. Whether its customising or re-engineering business products or services. LCETS has being sought out with confidence to deliver timely and quality services to all its clients.

Ms. Richins is an experienced Workforce Development Consultant and a Vocational and Technical Education and Training Specialist with over 20 years of experience. Throughout her years she has worked with various companies and training institutions (Yachting Association of Trinidad and Tobago; Trinidad and Tobago Police Service; TTPS Police Academy; Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force; Ministry of Works and Transport to name a few) in different capacities developing business and support processes, and re-engineering system and processes.

Ms. Richins is a holder of a BSc. In Tourism and Hospitality Management, a M.A in Technical Vocational Education and Training, and Workforce Development and a MSc. in Strategic Leadership and Management. She is also a certified Manager of Quality, and a certified Trainer in Training and Development both with the American Society of Quality (ASQ). Ms. Richins is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of the West Indies.
